6. A baby boom is on the horizon, creating a need for housing upgrades
7. Those living in smaller housing like apartments or condos will crave space
8. A surge in separations/divorces is imminent, creating a need for two homes
9. Buyers will prioritize more pantry space, storage capacity, and parking
10. A pool of buyers seeking second homes within driving distance of their current residences will emerge
11. Buyers will be looking for homes closer to their workplace to avoid commuting
