Vibe's Sunshine Girl

Our Laguna Beach Vibe Sunshine Girl is Blossom Candelaria, a wife and mom who runs “Toddler Time” daycare from home where kids do crafting, gardening and dance to their heart’s content!

Blossom’s idea of a perfect summer day is surfing with her son at Thalia St. or Brooks St. beach, tide pool adventures at Victoria or chillin’ at Table Rock cove. Her favorite tranquil spot to sit and reflect is the walkway overlooking Crescent Bay where she can get lost in magical sunsets. Her favorite outdoor pursuits include camping, hiking and picnicking!

Her go-to restaurants include San Shi Go, Taco Loco and Royal Hawaiian for their classic ribs. Her favorite new shop is Pearl Street General where you can gear up for the beach and enjoy a pre or post cocktail in their Seahorse Lounge.

As a third generation graduate of LBHS, her mom used to be known as the “Lei Lady” selling fresh flower “Laguna Lei’s” all over town. Blossom follows in her artistic footsteps and is currently writing and illustrating her first children’s book.

Her way of making the world a better place begins at home where she’s raising two amazing, earth conscious kids who know how important it is to respect the planet. Blossom also makes a point of showing kindness to everyone she meets because you never know what someone else is going through and a simple smile can brighten their day.
