Chef’s favorite: Azmin Ghahreman's version of Eggs Benedict where each week one of the two portions changes with the chef’s globally inspired whimsy. Same weekly change up for the choice of topping on the Buttermilk Pancakes.

Most popular: Most popular: Braised Pork Chile Verde (a visual marvel) and Fried Chicken N’ Cheddar Biscuit (for later cravings the fried chicken is available in the adjacent Sapphire Pantry). The signature spicy and icy "Fire and Ice Bloody Mary” and the chili infused Michelada made with Barrio Lager. All sauces, dressings, and drink mixes are made in house.
