Laguna Beach’s newest restaurant, Ocean at Main, opens this month in the renovated space most recently occupied by Taverna at 222 Ocean Avenue. Chef/Owner Craig Strong, who was previously the executive chef for Studio at Montage Laguna Beach, has set out to make Ocean at Main an approachable Southern California dining experience — one highlighted by a seasonally changing menu celebrating the local agricultural community and regional purveyors Strong is known for working with.
