Brunching at Oliver's

Oliver’s Osteria, named after his newborn son, is a dream come true for Italian born, bred and culinary educated Erik De Marchi.

This authentic Italian brunch begins with an Aperol Spritz aperitif of Prosecco, Aperol Liqueur, soda water, and a slice of orange. Spaghetti Alla Carbonara has its origins in Rome and is an ideal entree for brunch since it consists of egg yolk and pancetta (saltcured, pork belly), parmigiano cheese and black pepper.

Italy’s answer to donuts is Bomboloni. This pastry is made in-house at Oliver’s, filled with Nutella and custard and served right from the oven. An exquisitely fashioned lump of Crema Pasticcera (could be mistaken for ice cream), adorns the plate and should be spread over each sinful bite.
